Abbe Anderson is the CEO of the Metro North Brisbane Medicare Local, one of the largest Medicare Locals in Australia covering a population of over 850,000 people, with boundaries aligned to the Metro North Hospital and Health Service. Abbe has over 25 years of experience in the public, private and not-for-profit health sectors of Australia, New Zealand and the United States and is currently completing PhD studies through the School of Public Health and Community Medicine at the University of New South Wales.
