Kim Baxter is a research dietitian with a background in diabetes and obesity research. Kim has been with the NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence in Quality and Safety in Integrated Primary/Secondary Care at UQ since 2011. Within the CRE she has worked primarily on a Complex Diabetes Study which is founded on a community based model of care incorporating the principle of GPs with Special Interests. Her presentation today stems from that work.
